We want you to love your SHA'MAR pieces—but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
📦 Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be accepted, items must be:

In original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)

Have tags still attached
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Note: Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please:

Contact your credit card company or bank for delays

🔁 Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available).
To begin your exchange, email us at info@shopshamar.com.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your new item will be shipped—as long as the original item is unworn, undamaged, and has all original tags attached.
If the replacement item is no longer in stock, we’ll notify you to discuss your options.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
